Exercise & eat right websites

Question Posted Tuesday September 10 2013, 3:48 pm

Hey Yall :)
I am looking for a website that I can join where I can learn more exercise tips & ideas of how to eat healthy without breaking my bank. I think it would be interesting if it had ways to interact with others to help motivate me further. Ideas would be great! Thanks so much!

Hello, I recently started my weight loss journey and found the website bodyrock.tv .From what I can see they have recipes for healthy meals and videos of the workouts they recommend. The best part, it is free. I know that sounds too good to be true but it is. You should check it out.
