If windows is installed to a macbook,could I play windows games on it?

Also if windows is installed to a macbook, is the macbook going to be susceptible to viruses?

The answer to both of your questions is yes. If you have windows for MacBook then you will be able to play certain games. I'm not sure if all windows games will play.

Since the windows platform is susceptible to viruses you will need a windows based firewall to protect your MacBook as well as other security software for your windows programs.
