Go back to see a doctor. If the first doctor you saw was your family doctor this time see an orthopedist or a sports medicine doctor. The family doctor is trained to take care of normal everyday problems. For problems that need more care the doctor should refer you to a specialist. In your case that specialist is an orthopedist or sports specialist doctor.
