hey i need advice i liked a guy 5 years but have never met him ive seen him but he walked away and i never talked over internet that i know and god told me to "merry him" and my only guess is him i need some advice to make it come true or doing what right

The thing is you cannot do anything nor can anyone else to gaurentee a positive outcome. It's always in the other person's hands. I would suggest that you don't declare to him you like him especially if you have never met.
The best idea would be to introduce yourself to this person and ask if he could use a new friend to hang out with. If he likes you and wants to know more about you he will show interest if not at least you'll know then and there his feeling. Odds are if you have liked him this long he knows it and may be as equally shy. However, you should introduce yourself and see what happens. Maybe extend an invite to a party, bowling or something with a group of people that isn't intimidating for either of you. Good Luck!
