Please Help: How To Fix This?

Question Posted Friday June 14 2013, 1:50 am

I have a PS3 account and it won't sign in to Playstation Network. My internet is fine, but it won't sign in. If I go to settings, it says "failed". Obtaining the IP address and internet connection is successful, but it won't connect to Playstation Network. I then, on the same PS3, logged in to my other account and it won't sign in either. My sister also has a PS3 and she can sign in just fine.

What's wrong with it? Is it my PS3? If it is, what do I do?

Someone just probably hacked both of your accounts on the PS3. If someone hacks your account, they can access your information and play as you. They could of changed your password or even deleted your account. Just try making a new account. -Robie
