Ok so my goal is by the end of june to have my back handspring on the ground. I reccently started tryig it on my trampoline and I can do it absolutly perfectly. Qhenever I do it on the ground though I freakout and have a fear of doing is. How can I overcone this? Help!
lovelysurfer143 answered Monday June 10 2013, 3:23 pm: Have somebody spot you so you don't fall & hurt yourself! Be sure that you start off with your knees bent & your arms are in the air, & they are strong with locked elbows. Once you're halfway through, keep your eyes looking for the ground, that will help a bit. Try starting off by jumping off a hill, once you feel comfortable to land that safely, then move to flat ground. But go in the grass or soft spots so you don't hurt yourself! Good luck, darling!
