Basically my symptoms are a dull ache in the abdomen area, sore thighs, headache, and a random emotional outburst where I can't handle anything and just break down crying, but all women's pre-period signs and symptoms may differ :-P

Pain- if you feel slightly ill, just not 100% that's a sign its near.

You can get a cramp feeling in your stomach or sometimes your legs.

Another sign is being really clumsy and moody or getting your words mixed up more easily- these are subtle but you can notice them. Its your hormones acting on your brain.

If not count 28 days from roughly the day you started your last period. It should start again 28-35 days later.
