You need to realize while you are pregnant your hormones are going through the roof. There will be moments where you will feel on edge but while you are stressing, The babies father ia also going theough his own changes and adjustment . Relax! Take some time to yourself and if it helps get your feelings out then keep a journal. Write in this journal, vent, swear but this ia the healthy way. Also, I recommend trying meditation as it helps reduce stress, Decaf tea as well. The fact that you have asked for help tells me that you are aware. Now you need to try to be more aware of when you feel angry. Walk away, Write in a journal. Try to understand that this is a normal paet of pregnancy and try better communication skills with the father. [ Xui's advice column | Ask Xui A Question ]
