Why won't my keys work?

Hi.. I got an ematic Multi-touch tablet with android 4.0 2 years ago or so and one night I was searching for poptropica and the r button wouldn't go in. The keys around the letter wud go in but not the r. It happens with the letters I use most. Can I fix it if so how can I?

I do not know an answer to this but you can take it back to the store although even if you have the extended warranty it will be no good so call the company that makes the tablet and they can send you a new one plus everything is saved through the cloud with android so any music, apps, movies, games,Google play credit you have will sill be saved
