How to check computer specs?

I have Windows 7 and I wanna check my computer specs to see if my computer can handle Skyrim, how can I do that?

I'm not sure how useful my answer is, as you don't say what specs you wish to find out. But click the windows icon, then right click computer, then click properties.

A window with your computer spec will pop up.
