Try to keep a good daily routine first, exercise in the morning, eat and sleep well. You might have to push yourself first but do not give up and be firm with yourself. Read a motivating life quote everyday. See one object of nature everyday, like a bird, trees and feel the love, harmony and discipline of nature where everything is so disciplined, then why can't you have a good life. You just have to work towards it.
Find out what you like doing, or else join a hobby class, learn painting, music or photography.
Plan for each day in the morning and give yourself praise on what you could accomplish that day. Never doubt yourself and push away negative thoughts at once by being conscious and aware of yourself and witness your reaction to others and how you could improve it. Spread joy and you will get abundance of it back in your life.

Have you ever been to a seashore ? If not then try going there once. You would see STRONG waves of water streaming down your legs. After a while FEEBLE waves would kiss your feet and go. Life is also like that. Sometimes, we feel strong. Full of emotion. Enthusiastic. Ready to act. Sometimes, we feel lonely. Depressed. Out of order. Slow. This is what's happening to you. And it's perfectly normal. Just as it's perfectly normal for the waves to vary in its strength. So, first of all stop taking medication for your mental state. (If it's for some physical disorder, then don't stop taking them). Now, after having realised this, try to recollect your memories. Try to recall something which excites you, like your favorite song, your favorite tv show, your favorite dish, the sound of BMW etc. You can even go out on a drive, relax, walk into your garden, do some "pranayam" (no not yoga), read a book, read a biography. There's so much to do. Follow your fantasy. Move a little. Shake yourself. Take a deep breath and do something funny. Make funny noises. Be the worst joker you have ever seen. Have fun. Don't waste the moments you can have fun with. Party with your life. Just do it. Good luck.
Regards.

honestly i don't think thats a problem. just enjoy your life, your friends and family for now. when you find interest in something you will know. i have felt that way many times, but eventually i always find something new to gush about. wether its fun times with friends, shopping, redecorating, music, or whatever it is. find what makes you happy. then start from there!

ps. who says you need to be interested in something all the time? you're human, we are allowed to get bored. don't stress it, or think about it too much you'll find something you have a passion for eventually :)
