This is awakward but yeah uh I'm 13 and when I need the bathroom then like its there but it can't come out like its really sore when I try push it to come out and stuff pls help

Stool softners should help. Also, Try adding more fiber to your diet. (Beans, vegetables, fish)

Try asking your parents for some stool softeners, this way it helps make passing easier, without the cramping *which most if not all laxatives do*. To also prevent future back ups, try adding more foods with fiber to your diet. Heres a site with a small list [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) until you are able to get either more fiber and/or stool softeners try taking a warm bath and walking around to hopefully help get things moving
