Well, you're clearly on intimate terms. If you enjoyed him touching you intimately it might be nice to 'return the pleasure' as it were. Well, I'll assume if he does want something back it'd probably be sex. If you're not ready for sex, then yes just give him a hand job. But if you're not ready for that either then you need to tell him that and not let him finger you. If he's doing such a thing he wants to obviously get somewhere.
