To get best result you need to be attentive and confident. You are attentive. But you need to be confident. You have practiced a lot.So take a deep breath and think that no one can beat you.You will play it perfectly on the competetion.Take a break from practice.Enjoy a little time doing whatever you love to do.I love listening songs. So whenever I get situations like this I usually take a break and listen a song.If i cant, I sing one.And that makes me calm. All the best! :)

one of my teachers told us to bite a pencil and keep it in your mouth for 2 minutes, while you make yourself "bigger" by expanding your arms and legs.

You have to believe in yourself. You know you can do it! You've practiced and worked really hard for this competition. Take a deep breath and smile. Do your absolute best because you know you can. Breathe in and breathe all that stress out. Stop putting so much pressure on yourself. Don't worry about the outcome and worry about having fun and enjoying the moment. Good luck! I know you'll do great :)
