Im really stressed about my first ever violin competitikn tomorrow morning. Im competing in a traditional and pop compwtition and ive been practicing like crazy. Whatre ways i can keep myself calm ? Helpnplease!

Take a deep breath and smile. Do your absolute best because you know you can. Breathe in and breathe all that stress out. Stop putting so much pressure on yourself.
