What are the dirct effects of stress to the human body.

Continuous stress overtime is never a good thing and starts affecting you mentally and physically. I found some useful sites for you that explain the effects of stress nicely.

According to this next site common symptoms of stress include:
A fast heartbeat.
A headache.
A stiff neck and/or tight shoulders.
Back pain.
Fast breathing.
Sweating, and sweaty palms.
An upset stomach, nausea, or diarrhea.
This site also explains of more long-term effects.

Its unclear whether this is for homework or to help you, but I'll guess its to help you.

Stress can cause spot breakouts, ulcurs and fatigue. Because the immune system is lower, you also get much more colds and headaches.
It can also cause bowel problems and insomnia.
Stress builds up and and up if ignored by the sufferer, and can manifest itself into anxiety.

Long term stress can cause heart attacks and Conrony Heart Disease-because your body is under too much pressure.
