Can you get pregnant with your own milky fluid that comes out of your vagina? Without sperm? ... Will that milky white thing cause you to be pregnant?

Seriously? Have you ever taken sex ed?
YOU CAN ONLY GET PREGNANT WITH SPERM. Girls do not contain sperm, only boys.
If girls could get themselves pregnant then we would constantly always be pregnant, now that doesn't make since now does it?

The only thing that can make you pregnant is human sperm entering your vagina. Nothing else can do it.
