i need help or advice or some explination if possible what is wrong with my womb?

Hi I am 18 and live in south Africa!I have something very strange that has happened to me today for the second time! About a year ago I fell pregnant but lost my baby! Before I lost my baby something strange happened! A piece like tissue like piece of skin with blood came out of my vagina, I started my period yesterday and today the same thing happened ! I do struggle from amens pain when I am close or on my period but after that today it was worse and I had this burning sensation inside! I really need help or something as I am worried!

If you hit puberty late then it's quite normal for you to have problems, go see a doctor.
