i dont know how to handle it... saying one minute he really misses me but hes falling in live with his new gf?
Ok me and my bf had been dating almost three years and aparently meant nothing :,( he and i went on a break bu were still technically together... He moved on within a day and thats no word of a lie, he actully had done it and then a few days later after not being able to get in contact with him hes on the phone saying he wants to be mates... Honestly i told him that it was way way to hard on me right now because i absoultly loved him with all my heart and i really want to be friends but i heard its the worst thing you can do... I want him back... He also rang up another time after and messed with my head saying one minute he really misses me but hes falling in live with his new gf then hes bringing up our happy past and saying that he loved it when id fall asleep on his cheast listening to his heartbeat :,( omg im soo torn up, im crying just talking about it :(

My friend is going through the same thing...the best thing to do is, tell him exactly how you feel. But also mention that him and his new girlfriend isnt helping you adjust to the situation. Tell him, you dont want contact with him and tell him to lose your number. i know it hurts now, but it gets better..thats a promise, i know it hurts now. Cut contact with him. maybe you have strong feelings but you are doing yourself more harm then good by still playing his games.
A man cannot truly love someone and give a relationship its best if they are
hung up on someone else. if you both took a break then as you may know he moved on quick which tells me he took advantage of your relationship or maybe at one time cared but fell out of love.
My advise is to end contact so you can begin the healing process and meet someone else
