hi. well im 20 and i have a little bit of hair on my sides basically i cant do a pony tail with all my hair pulled back because i will look bold on the sides. the thing that covers that are my bangs. but i want my hair to grow back there, it looks weird. i might have lost my hair here because i use to do twisters all the time and us the straightner and used gel to pull it back very tight. please help me i want to know what i can do so my hair grows there... btw i havent had a lot of hair there for like 7 years now and it doesnt seem like its going to grow back. thanks for the help!

As far as the hair growth I'd say massage the sides of your head as odd as it sounds, but it will increase blood flow and stimulate hair growth. Also try looking for shampoos that are minty, they also stimulate regrowth because its tingly. I know the brand Nioxin is targeted towards hair regrowth, and they have shampoos and conditioners but i mention this because they have a step in the system which is a spray treatment, so that'd be good for you since you're only having problems in one area, you can spray it just to the sides of your head.
