I'm always tired.

Question Posted Saturday October 13 2012, 11:37 pm

I'm always tired and have been getting sleepy so alot earlier than i used to. I used to be able to stay out until 2 or 3 in the morning and now I can't really go past 10. What can I do to make myself less tired? I'm only 20.

I agree with the advice below, it could be medical. If your tiredness means you can't function normally see a doctor.

Then again, if you're busy all day then you would be tired-tiredness comes with age as we supposedly slow down, despite you only being 20 you wont be as energetic as you were 10 years ago.

To answer your question, I'd say:
1) Avoid sleeping in, suprisngly this can make you more tired.
2) Set a routine and stick to it
3) Caffine in the morning but not in the afternoon, as you need all the sleep you can get

You should see a doctor if you worried. It may be diabetes, or something. But it worth getting checked out.
