Lol this is probably not helpful at all but right here!! Lol do you know where I can find people who want a great babysitter? You don't happen to live in northern california do you? If not we're probably not meant to be or whatever but um good luck with that. There are websites by the way, google babysitting websites.

you can ask for references as well as a background check. as well you can have baby sitter interviews or practices? ask her vital questions bout what she/he would do in various situations. do they have any previous experience is very important. try lookingn on kijiji or fellow add sites. maybe putting an add into the newspaper?
