delete iphone messages that appers on spotlight search

how can I delete messages that are appearing on my spotlight search.

You can avoid this problem by going into Settings -> General -> Spotlight Search and unchecking Messages. So, you've deleted the messages from your phone and disabled them from being discovered in spotlight search. Hope this helps you.
