Its a wild fish and I feel kinda bad for it just swimming in there with no air underwater I think I should jump in and save it by giving it CPR?

How do you know it is drowning? Remember, fish live in water, and need water to survive.

You will mess up the natural balance if you interfere with it. I once saw a baby tiger be chased around by an elder male, so he could kill it. The mother had been chased away, and so could not help. Your first instinct is to run up, grab the baby, and help it. But it's not our place to do so. It's how nature works: it's not a particularly nice thing.

And you can't give a fish CRP. It won't work. The chances are you will catch something, or have your lips ripped off.
