First, it would be a good idea to go to get your hair cut before it gets worse. After, you should try to reduce and extra heat or stress (from putting it up in a tight ponytail). You can also keep your hair healthier by eating multi vitamins and finding a shampoo that works well with you hair (not weighing it down or leaving it brittle). One thing I used to help my hair to be healthier was mane n' tail horse shampoo and conditioner (don't worry, it's safe on people). There is some really nice stuff in it that helps keep your hair healthy and shiny which helps prevent getting more split ends. The only bad thing about is that it might dry your hair out. If that's the case, don't use it as often. The last thing you should do is to trim your hair regularly. This is to snip off all the split ends that are starting to form. That is the reason why many people say cutting your hair makes it grow faster not because it is but because there are no split ends so it appears longer and healthier. Hope this helped and leave a message in my inbox if you have any more questions

Hey,cut your hair at the hairdresser. And try to keep it healthy afterwards, avoid straightening and curling it too much,or using hairspray, just keep it natural,it stays healthier.
