Feeling tired and fat...

Question Posted Wednesday July 18 2012, 2:37 pm

Hi!
there are some days I feel tired and fat. I am just a teen and I bet I don't have diabetes. What could it be?

Getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet and exercising daily could help tremendously with how you feel.

We all feel that way honey, sometimes we all just have those days. What I like to do when I feel that way is go for a walk and just relax it helps with both. Usually it's just my mind that needs a breather. Sometimes when I don't feel so great about my body I go for a run or just a small workout in my home it's a great stress reliever. But I don't think you have diabetes at least feel that way doesn't conclude you do.

Well, you (or I) are not a doctor. It may just be diabetes.

If there is so obvious reason for it (over-eating, or not getting enough sleep) it's best to see a doctor. Even if it is not diabetes, it may well be something else.

Good luck :)
