What I like to do when I feel that way is go for a walk and just relax it helps with both. Usually it's just my mind that needs a breather. Sometimes when I don't feel so great about my body I go for a run or just a small workout in my home it's a great stress reliever. If there is so obvious reason for it (over-eating, or not getting enough sleep) it's best to see a doctor. Even if it is not diabetes, it may well be something else.
