I've gotten an earring stuck in my ear before. Honestly, I'm not sure if it makes a difference when it's a guaged piercing vs a regular one, but I went to see a doctor who removed it for me.

I'm sure you could go to the place where you had it done, but if not, definitely just go to your doctors office.

If you yourself are unable to get the off, then the best thing to do would be to go to your local tattoo/piercing shop and ask for assistance. The shops have the tools for situations like this. Also, I have come across people while working in my shop that have tried and tried only to find out they were turning the ball the wrong way. Remember, Lefty Loosy, Righty Tighty. If you have tried turning both ways, then go to a shop and ask for help. Also, I have never heard of a shop that charged for the removal of a piercing, so you shouldn't have to worry about paying.
