HEEELP! Does this sound like mind games?
I have a best guy friend who I have secret feelings for. He's so pride full and likes when girls beg him. Sometimes he dropped hints and I feel as if he likes me. Most of the time though hes such a jerk. Does this sound like mind games?

It sounds like it, but the only real way is to tell him how you feel. You must understand that your friendship may never be the same again after that however. It's a judgement you have to make.
However, if he plays mind games like this, and he likes the idea of girls begging him, then he clearly is a jerk, and is not worth being with. Find someone who doesn't have a big head, and doesn't get a kick out of making other people feel bad.
In short: If you really like him, speak to him. But it's not worth it in my honest opinion. It could ruin your friendship, and he sounds like a jerk anyway.
