Question Posted Tuesday July 10 2012, 8:27 pm

I'm in college and I have this really important exam in a few weeks;the thing is that I'm studying really hard to pass it.I'm doing my best and I'll try my hardest,of course, and I know that I'm prepared, but I'm crazy.I'm dreaming about the exam and I worry a lot,how can I settle down?I need to relax but neither my family nor my boyfriend can help me.Thanks for reading this!

Basic yoga. Or listening to your favorite song. I'm in the middle of the same problem. Just breath, don't think negative. if you tell yourself its okay, you'll believe it.
