do cold drinks lessen the flow of blood during periods?

Nope sorry but drinking cold drinks will not lessen the flow of blood during periods. There isn't really a natural way to lessen the flow of blood however there is birth control. The birth control pill can lighten periods and also help with period cramps.

Nope. Whatever you drink isn't going in the same place your period is coming out of, sorry. Not to mention, if it's going in your body it won't stay cold for long anyway. If anything, though, cold stuff might make your cramps a bit worse, or at least in my experience.
