Why my urine on my panties smells so bad

You need to drink plenty of water, to dilute the ammonia, bacteria etc.
Of course, be sure to wash/wipe.
If you are worried, see a doctor.

If its a sour kind of smell, it means you're dehydrated. Try drinking more water. If its kind of a weird, maybe sweet fishy smell, that would be discharge. It comes out of the vagina, and all it means is that your body is purifying itself and is in proper working order. :)
