Thanks a lot for the advice. I don't really like to go out on hikes that often. I'm not really a runner either. Is there anything else that I could do? Oh, by the way, I am 5 foot 4 inches. I'm kindof tall for my age.

What I suggest is to look online or maybe YouTube for exersices you can do with household items. No cost (depending) and you get to do it in the comfort of your own home, and they're really effective. :) If you have any other question feel free to ask. Let me know how you're doing once and awhile.
