what happens when a man gets feces on his penis -Genitals is it dangerous

The answerer below clearly has no idea, and so I suggest you do not *just* was the penis. If feces gets on the head of the penis, it can create an infection. The reason is obvious: waste has millions of bacteria in. Even if the man has a tiny cut: maybe from shaving or trimming, and the bacteria gets in, he will become infected. He will have feces running through his blood.

Not nice.

1. When having anal sex, the rectum should be cleaned. This can be done with an enema.
2. Always wear a condom.
