This is normal. First you need to realise that it is over. Whatever you do now, will not make a difference to your grade. It will just be bad for you.

The key is simple: distract yourself. Go out and enjoy yourself (if it was your last exam), meet friends, cook, eat, read, exercise, play games, listen to music, watch a movie, google stuff. If it wasn't your last exam, and you still need to study, take a short break. Maybe half a day, or even one day, relaxing. Then get back on it, and whenever you think about your grade, stop. Take a 5minute break, and then carry on.

Good luck! :)
