When a person is depressed or feels anxiety or is guilty of something it can lead to certain psychological problems like paranoia. Mostly these people don't even realize that they are depressed. You have to realize that these are just delusions. May be you are hiding a secret that you don't want anyone to find out that's why your getting such feelings? Or you unconsciously feel guilty of something you did.
Tell yourself that you are not that important that where ever you go someone is watching or following you. Try to convince yourself that you are just being irrational. Try to make yourself understand that even if someone is watching me its not like i am doing anything wrong that i should be worried about.
Also try to keep yourself busy. Such type of delusions mostly come to mind when one is idle. Try to remain productive. And don't worry your not the only one facing this many people have this problem.
Dealing with this can be frustrating but with time you can overcome it. And if you cant yourself that there is nothing wrong with getting psychological help. [ ari92's advice column | Ask ari92 A Question ]
