I am taking contraceptive pills prescribed by doctor for hormonal balance since a month. My periods are due and I am getting brown thick discharge, so can it be considered as first day of period? As I am supposed to start the next cycle of pills on the first day of periods.

It tends to happen from time to time, but it isn't something that you should worry about. If it does persist, and you have any other questions, it is best to speak with your doctor and allow him/her to put your mind at ease. [ Rena-Chan's advice column | Ask Rena-Chan A Question ]
