Does syncing my iPod Touch delete EVERYTHING?

Question Posted Saturday May 12 2012, 7:42 pm

I got this app called "Free Music Download Pro" or something like that. On the instructions it says to hook up your iPod to the computer, drop files, and sync. Does syncing erase apps, photos, game data, bookmarks, bought music, and all that stuff? Please reply as soon as you can!!!

Hi there,

As long as you sync your iPod to the same computer, using the same iTunes account, everything should be fine. It will add the new things to what is there.

I can't believe nobody answered this before. Sorry for the delay.

Oh, and if you are syncing to a new computer, you are going to want to read the answers here:
