Me & my ex recently boke up. we were together for 2 years and I been thinking but I dont know how I feel anymore. How do I know if I love him or not?I still care stongly for him but he's been....different..i dont know what to do..

This is hard to answer. I've been single for years now (by choice).
My theory is that if that person doesn't make your heart smile, there's no hope. I won't settle anything less than that.
He's changed and your doubting your feelings for him. I would break it off because you are doubting your feelings for him. If you weren't doubting your feelings, then that would be another story.

this one took a while for me to think about because this was a hard question the best thing i have is to see what youre heart says if in you you think you like him than you got youre love but if inside you doesnt love him then you know he is not the one,trust youre heart not your mind
