Rena-Chan answered Tuesday May 1 2012, 10:39 am: Other than cosmetic surgeries, there's no real way to get fit "quick". In order to obtain and maintain a fit look, you must exercise regularly, as well as eating properly. And continue doing so. Some people though, have been reported to show results in as little as 2 weeks, but that is also with regular and proper exercise. For more information on this, google what you wish to work on and find appropriate exercises. Do remember, you can hurt yourself by over exercising. As well as not get the results you desire in an appropriate time. If your body is sore from exercise, remember to rest your body. Otherwise, they won't tone properly.
