If you want to commit suicide for any reason than your problem isn't with him. Tell somebody you trust about these feelings and get checked out.
As hard as it is to realize this he's just one guy in a sea of billions. It hurts to lose someone you love but unfortunately it happens to us all. Pain fades over time and you'll see life will get better. Maybe you'll meet someone better suited to you.
The other problem you didn't give us detail on is why he doesn't trust you. What happened? If you show through your actions you can be trusted and try working things out maybe things will be back on track. He's hurt and acting in this manner right now but if you have it out maybe things will turn around. But above all else don't kill yourself over this as that would be stupid to lose life over a guy.
