Does one drop of sperm cause pregnancy?

hi, i have done sex and i think(not sure)very little amount of (about one drop)sperm had had gone to her vegina , is it cause pregnency?

Of course it can: Any amount of sperm can technically cause pregnancy. All you need is one very healthy (and resilient) sperm cell to get it, and if it makes the journey safely enough and fertilises the egg, you have a baby on its way!

In practice though, its difficult, as most sperm cells die out on the journey to the egg. But this does not make it impossible.

My advice is to take a pregnancy test a couple weeks after the incident, and then take appropriate action.

And remember to always protect yourself!
