dieting through passover

hi
passover is coming up this friday and i am really scared for my health and body.
i am on a strict diet and with passover coming up its really hard to diet and enjoy the holiday without gainging weight.
i really cannot afford to gain weight esp this close to summer.

anyone have any advice on how to help me not gain over this holiday and stay motivated and not cheat!

You have to count your calories. You're allowed to eat what everyone else does but just in smaller portions. Have a little bit of everything. When you feel full, stop eating. Also, you should exercise even if you just go for a walk.
