See before love comes a relationship which you both aren't in; and you refered to him as "this guy I met" which says you both don't know anywhere close to enough about each other to be in love. This is what you call "puppy love"; if he stops talking to you you'll be over him in a week or less.
My advice is to stay away from him; only a idiot says "your the only one", that should be completely obvious when he says he "loves" you, do you see that now? He's not serious about you, if he was you would already be in a relationship together. You both love each other so much so what is it that's holding him back from asking? That would be other girls [ masterclinic's advice column | Ask masterclinic A Question ]
D_IS_AN_ANGEL answered Friday March 30 2012, 7:26 pm: don't trust people like that. My friend did and he cheated on her 3 times!!!! Unless you ask him really well don't fall for that kinds of things. Personality is a tricky thing. Get to know him better before making any kind of a move. Just ask him straight forward. or ask a friend of yours to ask for you. Or ask his friends about it [ D_IS_AN_ANGEL's advice column | Ask D_IS_AN_ANGEL A Question ]
