Pre-teen high heels

I need high heels to give to an 11 year old. Size 3 in girls? Please help! I really need them!

Hello questioner,
I am next to sure that you can get a size 3 high heel, as I am a size 3(UK) in my early twenties with no issue.
However i would recommend stating which country you are in,
In the UK, I would recommend hitting New Look, BHS, Primark, Top Shop, Maybe even the Supermarkets like Tesco, Sainsbury etc.
For the States or other, I do not know what shops youhave so I am un able to give you ideas.
Good Luck finding shoes, I seriously reccomend hitting the big Super/Hyper markets.
