How do you get a line or credit to buy things like cars or like when you go to casinos and they give you a line of credit?

Put 500 buck in a bank account and ask the bank for a secured credit card at that limit. NOT a debit card, a SECURED Credit card. Buy things and PAY THEM OFF at more than the minimum payment for 6 months. Then, you should be able to get an unsecured credit card, and a credit score atound 700 is needed to buy any large items. Stay away from store credit cards. They work but interest can be much higher. DONT SPEND more than you need to on the credit card.
