Being set up with someone

Question Posted Saturday March 17 2012, 8:05 pm

So i really want a prom date and well theres just about no one at my school i can go with. My friend says he knows this guy, and he wants to set me up with him. But i guess i'm just scared of rejection. The guys really cute, but what if we end up having nothing in common. What should i do??

You should go for it. Be confident in yourself and take a chance. To keep a good conversation, figure out what he likes and just talk to him. Even if you don't have things in common doesn't make it impossible. Worse comes to worse you could just hang out with your friends for the rest of the night. Good luck with everything :)
