about my first kiss with this guy i really like

what do you do if a guy moves in to kiss you and then dont do it and the other day he put his lips really close to mine who should make the first move me or him?????

If he puts his lips close .. there is a purpose .. i had the same situation with my boyfriend and when he does it i kiss him because he's pointing it out in a way .. you know what i mean? just kiss him when he comes close or you can tease a little if you get to nervous then he'll eventually kiss you ;)

Don't overanalyze it. Just kiss him.
Chances are he's just as nervous about it as you are, but if he gets that close, he's probably interested in kissing you.
