hi 19/f...does weight loss capsules really work.
is it like a meal replacer or can you still eat your regular meals and is it dangerous to your body??????

No, most of them do not work. They are filled with harmful things in them that can damage your liver, your heart, etc your body.

Meal replacements in the form of a pill is not good nor healthy. If you were going to replace a meal, I'd replace it with a rich in fiber protein shake or something like that.

But Yes, most diet pills are harmful to your body.

Most of them are scams, You can't magically loose weight just by taking a capsule it doesn't work that way.

If you want to loose weight, Then you would need to watch what you eat and exercise. They may have some weight loss supplements that curve your appetite but remember it comes with a catch. However like I said, Most of them are nothing but scams. They try and make sounds as convincing as possible to get people interested.

It's sort of like a penis enlarger, They advertise to get men interested in buying their products. There is no way to increase the size of your junk unless you have some type of surgery. False advertisement

If something sounds too good to be true, It probably is. Save your money ;)

You want to loose weight then I would go with diet and exercising.
