Exercise

If you are a member of a gym then I highly suggest you focus on the Fly machine.

Push ups will help as well they are focused on the arms and the upper torso. There is an exercise many women do to help lift their breast which is clamping your hands together and squeezing the palm of your hands.

Your breast don't have muscle, They are made of fatty tissue. What helps the perk is the muscles under the breast. Any exercise that focuses on the upper torso will help strengthen them.
