okay ill try to ask him out. sometimes i hang out with his friends,and every time i ask them if they want to hang out i look right at the guy i like when i say it. do u think he doesn't want to go or hes just not getting it. and also the other day i noticed that when i text him he stops right in the middle of our conversion. do u think that every time he stops its because he tempted to text "will you go out" with me.

It's not that he may be tempted to ask you out although it is possible he wants to, he just may be actually doing something else at the time, or the conversation was getting dull and he left. But, when guys ask me out over text I usually say NO. Why? well
A.) How do you know it's real?
B.) If they're to shy to ask you out in person and do it in text then they need to man-up
and other reasons too...I would take this all to the real deal (not over text) all though you can still text him:)
As for your top question, asking them to hangout and directing it to him could make him feel uncomfortable or he could just not be getting it
