If this person were to bleed out because they listened to you, instead of someone who answered with the only appropriate answer to an unknown "white powder" from a separate diagnosis half a year earlier, which is: "Go back to the doctor even if it makes you uncomfortable."
... then you would be legally responsible for giving the advice to take fiber, while her liver is bleeding from an acute infection.
I think you have a lot of potential, and I would like to see you give plenty more advice here, which is why I wanted to send you a friendly heads-up, rather than banning your account for giving medical advice. (What we usually do.)
